eg222 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

01 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and use eg222, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. eg222 does not permit access to anyone under 18, without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an eg222 employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from eg222 under any prior account.

eg222 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned, and any winnings will be forfeited. We take underage gambling seriously and have zero tolerance for it.

02 Account Registration and Management

When you register an account on eg222, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one eg222 account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the reason they were created — are not permitted. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same person, device, IP address, or payment method, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify eg222 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• eg222 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to keep their credentials secure.
• Account names cannot be changed after registration. If you made an error, contact support immediately.
• eg222 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. This is standard practice and is required to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of up to 500 BDT, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 12 months of inactivity.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

eg222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT. There is no currency conversion fee for BDT transactions.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your eg222 account within 30 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is 200 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 10–15 minutes during normal operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with support.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• eg222 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method must be withdrawn to the same method where technically possible.
• eg222 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard BDT transactions. Third-party fees charged by bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are outside our control.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts or numbers that do not match the registered player's identity.

04 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

eg222 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

Bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance and must be wagered the required number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion details. Standard wagering requirements on eg222 range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another player.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• eg222 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If a player withdraws funds before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain game types (such as low-margin bets in sports betting) may not count toward wagering requirements. Check individual promotion terms for details.
• eg222 may void bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play with other players.

05 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on eg222 use certified random number generators (RNG) or are provided by licensed live dealer studios. The outcome of every game is determined fairly and cannot be influenced by eg222 or by any player.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game information section. eg222 does not alter RTP figures based on individual player behaviour, account history, or any other factor. What you see is what you get, every single round.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. Game rules are available within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's balance.
• eg222 reserves the right to void bets placed after a game outcome has been determined, in cases where a technical error allowed betting to continue beyond the correct window.
• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please review your bet before confirming.
• eg222 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.

For live casino games, the decisions of the live dealer are final once the round has been completed. Any disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised with support within 24 hours of the game round in question.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on eg222. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with eg222 games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or poker formats.
• Using eg222 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

07 Privacy, Data, and Communications

• You can opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting support or updating your account preferences.

09 Account Suspension and Termination

eg222 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming reasons.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact support. Voluntary account closures are processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawal requests will be completed before the account is closed.

10 Changes to These Terms

eg222 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, eg222 will notify registered players via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
